Infant to 5 Year Old (WRAPAROUND CARE ONLY)
Age Range: 6 weeks old to 5 years old
Availability: 6:30am – 6:30pm (Early HS children 7:00am – 5:00pm) WE ONLY PROVIDE BEFORE AND AFTERCARE FOR HEADSTART AND EARLY HEADSTART. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY FULL DAY SPOTS AVAILABLE.
Location: Galbreath Marshall Center and Wolford Street Location
School-Age: Before & After School
Age Range: 5 to 12 years old (PreK NOT INCLUDED at elementary schools)
Availability: 6:30 am until school begins and school dismissal until 6:30pm
Location: At each of the 6 elementary schools and 2 middle schools (middle schoolers transported to Sycamore Park for after care ~morning care not available) Currently, AGR and Pearl Sample combine at Pearl Sample.
All Day Childcare – limited spots available
Age Range: 5 to 12 years old (PreK NOT INCLUDED at elementary schools)
Availability: 6:30am-6:30pm for days school is closed
Location: Held at Sycamore Park Elementary for enrolled children
Summer Day Camp- Now Full for the Summer of 2025
Age Range: 5 to 12 years old (PreK NOT INCLUDED at elementary schools and NO PREK SPOTS AVAILABLE AT GALBREATH MARSHALL BUILDING)
Availability: May – July
Location: Farmington Elementary (Summer 25)
PRIORITY WILL GO TO FAMILIES REGISTERED FOR THE 24/25 SCHOOL YEAR.
Late Fees
Pick up late fees = $5 per minute, per child effective 1 minute after closing
Copay Late Fees = $50 billed first day of the following month (for example if July copay is unpaid, a $50 late fee is added August 1st).
Payment Late Fees = $10 per week after 30 days of bill maturity
Enrollment
Each program has its own applicable fees which can be found on our rate sheet. Once you register, you will be contacted by the Enrollment Manager (check your spam folder) to confirm enrollment. Please complete separate registrations for each child.
You are responsible for getting physical, immunization and birth proof to us. Your child cannot start until the records are in-hand. We are not affiliated with the school system and therefore cannot share their records.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Sign your child(ren) in/out every day using your thumbprint on our Procare machine
Swipe your card daily if you receive childcare assistance (you MUST do Procare AND machine)
Your account may not exceed $150.00 depending on individual pay cycles
Kid Central Summer 2025- Now Full for the Summer of 2025
Kid Central’s Summer Camp will operate at Farmington Elementary from May 28th through July 25th.
Spots will be limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority will go to families already enrolled in our before & aftercare program. If you are currently enrolled, you still have to complete the Summer Camp registration.
For self-payers, weekly payments are due 2 weeks in advance of the weeks you need. If you receive child care assistance, you MUST swipe absent for any days your child(ren) is/are not in attendance and copays are due the 15th of each month.
- Please complete the online registration per child. No paper registrations will be accepted.
- Due to staffing obligations and field trip reservations, we cannot provide refunds or transfer funds to other sessions.
- Kid Central is a partner in the USDA Summer Nutrition Program and will offer a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack free of charge to all campers 18 years old and younger throughout the summer months.

Unfortunately, we do not have any spots available for children who are not yet in Kindergarten.
All balances through the school year must be zero by 5/16/25 to attend the 1st week of camp.

CACFP Agreement
This institution participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and receives Federal reimbursement to provide nutritious meals for children. Federal CACFP regulations require all parents/guardians to complete and sign a separate Annual Enrollment Form for each child when enrolling their child(ren) with this provider, and every 12 months thereafter. By registering for Kid Central I understand I am enrolling in the CACFP. My Child will be attending M-F between the hours of 6:30 am -6:30 pm receiving Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch and or PM Snacks as appropriate. This institution is an equal opportunity employer.

Per Week, Four Children:
